We are looking for a well-qualified super to oversee all operations.
Candidate must be responsible, organized and self-motivated.
Required skills include carpentry, and knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
Experience with boiler maintenance and other trades, a plus.
This is a 9-5 position, with 24 hour on-call service. The candidate must
have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Candidate must have at least 5 years of superintendent experience.

Live-In
Superintendent
Seeking f/time live-in superintendent for 143 unit six story cooperative
apt bldg in Flatbush, Brooklyn. 5-8 yrs exp required.
Duties include maintenance of boiler, compactor,
lighting, supervising contractors and two porters, plumbing, electrical
work, tile and grouting, general repair and handyman work.
Competence with a variety of tools and maintenance equipment, etc.
Must be able to interact with the Board of Directors, tenants, shareholders,
and personnel from the management company.
Certificates of Fitness are required for standpipe and oil burner.
Salary and benefits commensurate with union contract.
Apartment provided. References will be required.
Chosen candidate will be required to undergo a credit check and a drug test
prior to employment.
