STA is proud to announce that in addition to our Questions and Answers web page at www .nycsta.org STA now has a Help Hot Line to help people with issues that perhaps cannot wait to be answered via the question and answer page, or perhaps for those that do not have a computer.

This is an industry first and we do make every effort to help those that need help and guidance. Some of these questions are listed below.

Our funds are limited and thus when you do call the hot line, there may be times when the answering machine picks up the call.
